Joey Aloisio became a licensed home inspector at the age of 21 years old. He is a second generation home inspector, following in his father’s footsteps. After graduating with a business degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2007, Joey began working for his father’s inspection business. He worked side by side with his father learning essential skills necessary for the job. After moving to Arizona, he continued inspecting; Joey has completed over 5,500 inspections since his inspection career started in 2007! His attention to detail and relentless work ethic has helped to shape his successful inspection career. Joey’s favorite part of the job is that he gets to play a large role in helping the home buyer understand exactly what they are purchasing.
When he is not inspecting homes, Joey can be found outdoors enjoying nature with his wife and son. He enjoys camping, fishing, and hunting with family and friends. One of his favorite fishing spots is Bartlett Lake where he, his wife, son, and their beagle enjoy spending the weekends. Family is a very important part of his life. He enjoys trips home to Louisiana where he fills up on his mother’s home cooked meals and visiting the swampland. Joey’s adventurous spirit and willingness to work hard have helped to mold him into the person he is today.
Why do I need a Home Inspection?
Although home inspections are not required to purchase a property, they are highly recommended. Home inspections provide clients with a better understanding of the property condition on a specific date. Inspection reports can identify underlying issues that may not be visible to the client and to help understand the life expectancy of the current systems.
