Although home inspections are not required to purchase a property, they are highly recommended. Home inspections provide clients with a better understanding of the property condition on a specific date. Inspection reports can identify underlying issues that may not be visible to the client and to help understand the life expectancy of the current systems.
I recently purchased my first house and if I was ever in the position of purchasing another house and needed an inspector I would definitely ask Joey to be the person. Joey was professional, prompt and reliable from the first interaction. He provided a detailed list of items that needed to be addressed after the walk through and they were provided with pictures. The day of his inspection after he was done he spent time to go over the concerns that he had. Even after the completion he was prompt with questions and concerns that came up.
